Client Relations ManagerBen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Science with double minors in Meteorology and business administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona. Ben has always had a sincere enthusiasm and love for Aviation. In addition to his Aircraft Dispatcher rating, he holds a commercial multi-engine pilots license with instrument rating.
Ben has served in the travel industry for over 11 years, with his last 6 years at Aviation Consultants, Inc. His passion is providing exceptional and unparalleled service to his clients, who range from local business professionals to celebrities and CEOs. Ben enjoys working to solve problems and will go to great lengths to ensure a positive and enjoyable outcome for the customers of ACI. Constant improvement of his skills and service abilities is essential to Ben, and as a result he regularly pursues additional educational opportunities. He is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie course for effective communications and human relations.
