Jeffrey Evans

Director of Maintenance

Mr. Evans began his aviation experience as a teenager being tutored in aviation maintenance and private pilot training by a master mechanic and flight instructor at the age of 14. Upon graduating Spartan College of Aviation with an Airframe and Powerplant certificate in 1971, he began his professional career with one of our nation’s leading air cargo operations. There, he was promoted from Technician to Maintenance Supervisor to Chief Technician and finally to Director of Customer Maintenance services. He went on to lead a specialized team which created our nation’s third largest overnight air package service. Mr. Evans also worked for a Fortune 100 corporate flight department supervising and then directing one of the largest corporate fleet of jet aircraft, which became recognized as the nations #1 Corporate Maintenance Department. From 1996 to 2007 he held positions such as Director of Aviation Maintenance at our nation’s largest regional bank, managed and directed Hawaii’s largest aviation maintenance department and regional factory service center and was the Director of Maintenance for a large regional air charter and aero ambulance company. Hired by ACI in 2007 as Director of Maintenance, Mr. Evans currently manages and directs the company’s maintenance department and plays a vital role in the development and expansion of ACI’s FAA certified FAR 145 repair station as Service Center Manager and Chief Inspector.
