Trevor Totman
Dispatch ManagerTrevor Totman was born and raised in Orange County, California. He moved to California’s Central Coast in 2001 to pursue his degree in Management Information Systems at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. In 2003 he was approached by ACI and offered the opportunity to run their newly formed dispatch department. He had spent the last 4 years working in customer service in a local grocery store and was a good fit for the budding department. He utilized his technological background to setup, implement, and operate new scheduling software that has become essential to ACI’s day to day operations. He utilized his customer service skills to help build ACI’s client base and reputation as an industry leader in service. In 2007, Trevor further advanced his aviation knowledge by becoming a licensed FAA Dispatcher. Currently Trevor manages ACI’s dispatch department and is working on improving the department’s efficiency and long term sustainability.
