Using CDC/EPA approved products, aircraft are disinfected by our flight crews before and after each flight rather than outside vendors to limit exposure to aircraft. More rigorous deep cleaning and disinfecting of the aircraft occurs upon return to home base or anytime deemed necessary.
Changes to Our Aircraft StockSanitization supplies and N95 masks, available to flight crews and passengers, are now standard stock aboard all ACI Jet flights. Self-service snacks and publications have been removed and are available by request, and shared access towels have been replaced with disposable products.
Crewmember PoliciesCrew members are required to notify dispatch immediately if experiencing any symptoms described in our updated “fitness for duty” guidelines. Temperature readings must be taken twice daily.
While on duty, crew members will wear a mask and gloves (or readily use hand sanitizer) while in public spaces, wash their hands regularly using the twenty second rule and maintain social distancing.
On layovers, ACI Jet crewmembers will avoid public or shared transportation where feasible, avoid public spaces, and continually monitor their status in regard to fitness for duty guidelines.
What Passengers Can ExpectFor every flight, any COVID-19 related restrictions or requirements will be reviewed and discussed with passengers, and passengers will be required to complete and submit a “COVID-19 Passenger Wellness Decree” prior to every flight.
While crew members will cease shaking hands and physically touching passenger IDs, where able, a gloved crew member will load passenger luggage to prevent FBO staff members from touching luggage. Part of the passenger safety briefing will include information on where to locate PPE and hand sanitizer.
During the FlightWhile passenger requests will be met with the same level of eagerness and can-do attitude, when possible, expect limited crew interaction. Pilots and cabin servers will respect clients’ space and abide by social distancing guidelines.
Unless specifically requested, shared trays of food will not be offered.
Passenger rental vehicles will be cleaned and disinfected at the request of ACI Jet dispatch prior to the arrival of a flight, and baggage will be loaded by a gloved crew member.
