ACI Jet Solutions, a division of Aviation Consultants, Inc. (ACI), has been certified as a FAA Part 145 approved repair station (W9BR551H). The certificate was issued to the San Luis Obispo, California (KSBP) based maintenance facility on August 4, 2009. Receiving repair station approval allows the facility to perform light to heavy maintenance and major repairs and modifications on numerous Citation series aircraft (500, 525, 560, 560XL, 750) as well as all aircraft under 12,500lbs. “This certification helps support our growing maintenance division and allows us to service aircraft owners and operators throughout the Southwest Region by being able to cater to their various maintenance needs,” said President and CEO William Borgsmiller, “We are very proud of our list of satisfied customers and are looking forward to continuing to deliver high quality service and support to new clients.”
Certification affords the opportunity for the expansion of services and allows ACI Jet Solutions to become the primary maintenance source for many corporate and private aircraft in the region. ACI Jet Solutions is based out of the San Luis Jet Center (SLJC) and currently provides maintenance to ACI’s five Citation Excels and two Citation X’s as well as other local and transient jet aircraft.
