ACI Jet Solutions, a division of Aviation Consultants, Inc. (ACI), has finished construction on a new 150,000 square foot tarmac and 34,000 square foot state-of-the-art maintenance facility. Located on the Central Coast of California at the San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport (KSBP), the new eco-friendly building supports the expansion of services offered by ACI Jet Solutions.

Completion of the new facility unveils the company’s long term vision of providing maintenance to the growing corporate aviation market on the Central Coast and the Southwest United States. As a certified Part 145 Repair Station (W9BR551H), ACI Jet Solutions is able to perform light to heavy maintenance and major repairs and modifications on numerous Citation series aircraft (500, 525, 550, 560, 560XL, 750) as well as all aircraft under 12,500lbs.

“The new facility is an integral part of our growing maintenance division,” said Bill Borgsmiller, ACI’s President and CEO. “With over four times the space of our current hangar, we are looking forward to expanding our reach by marketing maintenance services to a variety of jet aircraft throughout the region.”

Keeping in line with company efforts to promote environmental responsibility, the new facility incorporates energy efficient design elements. Sustainable features include numerous technologies that utilize ambient lighting and natural airflow to minimize the amount of power necessary to light, heat, and cool the building.
