President and CEO, William Borgsmiller is recognized in this months issue of Aviation Pro as a recipient of Airport Business “Top 40 Under 40.” This national award recognizes outstanding up‐and‐coming individuals in business aviation and airport management who are shaping the future of the industry. The individuals who were chosen have proven themselves successful in their careers and are working tirelessly to make improvements at their organizations, and for the aviation industry as a whole.
In August ACI was also awarded “Central Coast Company of the Year” by Pacific Coast Business Times. This Spirit of Small Business award honors businesses with fewer than 100 employees within the Southern California counties of Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo. Nomination criteria includes: 1) demonstrated a record of success, 2) ability to overcome adversity, 3) community commitment, 4) based in tri‐counties, and 5) 100 or fewer employees.
